Handmade Product Variations

At Elteed, our products are handcrafted by master artisans using premium natural cowhide.

Natural Characteristics: Because we use genuine leather, minor natural marks, slight color variations, or texture differences are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Artisanal Craftmanship: As each item is individually hand-stitched, minor variations may occur. These are the hallmarks of a unique, handcrafted product.

Lifetime Warranty (Velcro Replacement)

We stand behind the quality of our materials. Elteed offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty specifically for our high-performance Velcro fasteners.

Coverage: This warranty covers the functional failure of the Velcro (significant loss of adhesion or unravelling).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage to the leather, loss of the product, or normal aging of the hide.
Claim Process: To request a replacement, please contact our support team with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for warranty service may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Return Window: You may return or exchange unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Items showing signs of use on the golf course or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, including the Elteed Standard and Elteed Extended silhouettes, are Registered Designs. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or distribution of our unique patterns, logos, or brand content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Elteed is not liable for any direct or indirect damage to golf clubs resulting from improper use of the covers or extreme environmental conditions beyond our control.
